As 2007 President of the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs, George Hess, III, owner of Vantage Homes, is committed to the constant improvement of the new home industry. Vantage people are involved in the association’s numerous technical committees such as Code Review, Land Use and Utilities in order to stay on top of the bureaucratic issues that drive up housing costs.
